Pipeline mixer

Overview

Pipeline mixer, also known as tubular static mixer, is widely used in all kinds of water treatment and environmental project by dosing coagualnt, coagulant aids, ozone, liquid chlorine and acid-base neutralization. Static mixer is an ideal equipment for flash mixing of fluid material. Gongyuan static mixer has the advantages of quick delivery, simple structure, low-cost, compact volume. Without motive power intervention, the flow stream will produce distribution, cross-mixing, counter-swirling function. This will lead to instant mix of chemical and liquid. The mixing efficiency will reach to 90~95%. So static mixer can not only save chemical dosage but also improve water treatment effects and save energy.
